About the Instructor The instructor, Frank C. Morris, CBO, CEAP, MCP, CFM is a noted speaker who has more than 38 years experience in the construction industry as a contractor, building official and consultant. As well as being a Building Official, Mr. Morris provides code training and code consulting for the construction industry throughout the United States. He is still one of the top certified Building Officials in the nation. He has taught numerous courses for SBCCI and ICC. This course is eligible for CEU's approved by ICC. It is also eligible for AIA CEU's, but will have to be self reported. This course is eligible for 0.6 CEU’s or 6 contact hours. Certificates will be issued at the end of the course.
